- Leave Dublin on the M7.
- Exit M7 at Junction 11 and take the M9 towards Waterford.
- Exit M9 at Junction 7 and take N9 towards Gowran/Thomastown.
- Pass through Thomastown and take the R700 signposted towards New Ross.
- Approximately 3 miles from Thomastown turn immediately right after crossing the big bridge over the river Nore.
After approximately 1 mile turn right at the first crossroads and after a further 300 yards you will find the white gates to Ballyduff House on your right.
