During your stay at Ballyduff House, there are many activities available to suit all tastes.
Historically the area is famous for Fox hunting over the several hundred surrounding acres. Brede Thomas has been host to many Lawn meets for the Kilkenny Hunt which has been hunting the area for over two hundred years.
Any keen fishing enthusiast will also recommend the waters of the Nore for its excellent salmon and trout fishing.
One can also go canoeing on the Nore.
For the less adventurous there are many beautiful and scenic walks all around both Ballyduff and down the river in Inistioge, where one can explore the Woodstock estate and gardens.
Golf and other activities can also be arranged.
